Owen is 38lbs and about a year old. He’s an affectionate little guy from an overcrowded animal shelter in eastern Kentucky. He came in as a stray, but his excellent manners and great socialization suggest he was once a beloved pet. He has been wormed, and caught up on vaccinations, but he is on antibiotics for two tick-borne diseases, Lyme and ehrlichia. Owen would be a great pet for someone seeking a smaller companion.
